What to Expect?
You can expect to feel loved, accepted and not judged. We are a family here at Vintage Faith and you are welcome! You may enter through the front door (Washington Street). Look for the Green welcome banner and each door will have a "greeter" to say hello, answer any questions you may have and give you our monthly news flyer. If you are early, join us in the Lobby for a cup of coffee and a chat. This is also a great time to check in your children which is also available in the Lobby.
Promptly at 10:30AM we will begin with some music ("worship") which is like a breath of fresh air as we decompress from a crazy week and re-focus on Jesus. 6 Month-3year olds are dropped off at the start of church in the nursery and Preschool-12th Grade join us for worship and we encourage families to sit together and share this special time to Encounter God. We also offer a "Parent Room" for babies 0-6Months along with a parent.
After two songs we dismiss our preschool-8th grade classes and then continue to worship for roughly three more songs. We follow this by hearing some announcements and then taking our tithes and offering (financial donations). If you are visiting with us we ask that you not feel obligated to give in anyway. This is a time for those who call Vintage Faith their, 'home church', to give.
Then our Lead Pastor, Matt Kladnik, gives a 30-45 minute talk ("sermon") that will build you up, encourage you and give you practical and Biblical tools to live a Christ centered life. After the message we always leave room for you to receive prayer. Our prayer team is located at the front of stage and ready and eager to pray with you.
We then are dismissed to receive prayer, pick up our kids, grab a snack from the Fellowship Hall or hit the road. That's a Sunday in a nutshell.
