VFF Event Request Form

Welcome to the VFF Event Request Form. In this form you will provide all the pertinent information for your requested event (event details, audio, visual, facilities, and media). This will take several minutes to fill out. Be as thorough as possible.

Please fill this form out at least 3 weeks before your event. The event will not be considered if the form is filled out with less than 3 weeks before the event. The more time the better.

If this is an emergency event like a memorial service then the 3 week rule does not apply.
